I grew up in Mossel Bay in the days when you could collect mussels and oysters off the rocks. My father owned a tunny boat so we were quite spoilt as far as fresh fish was concerned. Not many of us are that fortunate anymore, but having catered for many years, I know that freshly frozen seafood can be equally delicious.
Now that freshly caught fish is not that readily available we source the best seafood from local waters, Namibia and overseas suppliers with the intention of supplying housewives, househusbands, day care centres, créches and caterers with quality seafood at reasonable prices delivered to the door.
